Resources for Discipleship?
I'm trying to start a discipleship program in our parish, so we've got a group of CRHP alumni ready to help individuals we encounter develop spiritually in a one-on-one or small group setting. I want to pair up more mature Christians with the less mature, but spiritually hungry.
IMO our separated Protestant brothers are much better at this than we are. In the past I've been involved in a program called Operation Timothy that did exactly this -- I'm searching for a Catholic program or resource.

I understand that "Brother to Brother Ministries" is very good.

We used this program at our parish during the Lenten season for a couple of years. We worked in small faith groups that would meet in people's homes. It was a valuable tool worth exploring.
At one time, we even had an exclusive Disciples in Mission program that was used for teens alone too.
