Default Exercise Support Thread Week of 11/1/2008

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the new week, new month, and the Lord's day. May God bless our workouts this week. It's time to set our goals for the week.

I'm planning to run 24 miles this week, including a 9 mile long run. I'm adding an extra mile to my long run this month to help prepare to a 15K that I'll be running next month.

Made it to the gym for X Bike tonight. Also got a little bit of weights in. Tomorrow I'm hoping to do some more weights & hit X Bike again in the morning with TKD at night.

Yesterday I did weights & X Bike in the morning and TKD at night.

PLUS - I haven't gone above 2,500 calories yet this week. I know I will on Friday, but if I can control the rest of the days I'll be doing pretty darn good.

It's been a very busy week for me, but I managed to stick to my goals. I reached 24 miles yesterday, so I get today off.

Hi people...hope you're doing well.

Looks like a slow thread this week. I have been doing well with my power walks. I even jogged, and my foot is nearly completely healed! Praise be to God.

But...now my back is messed up. I think I've narrowed down the culprit...my mattress top which is tempurpedic, is not laying flat, so I corrected that today, and hopefully...my back will readjust. It's way better than earlier in the week...argh, the pain!

I'll be 40 next month...what will I be like when I'm 80?

Oh, Sharon, what else could go wrong?!?!? My heart bleeds for you. Of course, you're still just a youngster. I'm 50. And loving it, too.

Anyway, everyone, please join us in the new thread here.
