I'll grant, JackVk, that few saints have names beginning with " x" (Saint Francis Xavier being one example), but sometimes it wouldn't hurt to include them.
Saint Zozimus (fifth of five saints having this name). Feastday/Memorial: 26 December.
Little is known about Zozimus's life prior to his being elevated to the Chair of Saint Peter. May have been Jewish by birth, and his father may have been named Abram. He tried to expand the powere of the Pontificate, but allowed his personality, and his personality clashes with local bishops, to enter into the matter. A number of his letters survive, as well as a Decree ordering pirests to stay OUT OF taverns. Fought Pelagianism, and Pelagius, himself.
Papal ascention: 18 March (A.D.) 417.

Saint Fursey.of Péronne. Feastday/Memorial: 16 January.
Son of an Irish pirest. Related to Saint Foillan and Saint Ultan of Péronne. Educated by Saint Brendan the Voyager. Priest. Abbot of a house at Rathmat, Ireland. Preached, evangelized, and established monasteries in Ireland for twelve years. Evangelized in England, building monasteries. Evangelized in France, working with Saint Blitharius. Clovis, King of the Franks, received him, and asked him to build a house at Lagny, France. Raised the son of a court nobleman from the dead. Given to ecstacies and trances during which he received visions of an immense struggle between good and evil, with glimpses of heaven and hell. These visions were described in the aptly named Visions of Fursey, and had a great effect on such works as Dante's Divine Comedy. Bede wrote extensively, and glowingly, of Fursey. His image is on the banner of Peronne, France.
