Klingons vs. Ninjas vs. Pirates
Who would win in hand-to-hand combat?
Bat'leths, throwing stars, and cutlasses would be allowed (but no disruptors or flintlocks).

Not the pirates. Historically, pirates had little or no training in hand to hand combat. Crude slashing with the cutless was the norm. Ninjas, with YEARS of training, should have no trouble dealing with them.
Klingons? Again, depends on how much traing they would have in hand to hand combat.
