Our dear Diane
I'm so thankful that some things are coming together.

Thank You Lord for giving Diane and her Mom some peace.
Regarding everything,
including of course the job possibility
I'll be very much praying for at Mass and at Adoration today. There a few hours when nobody's rostered so I'll be staying, which gives me plenty of time to bring you and you Mom and all our brothers and sister needs to the Lord.

With love, Trishie

Please, you and your Mom, give each other a hug from me.

Will continue to keep you all in our prayers.

I'm glad you were able to come to a decision that has given you some measure of peace.

Your poor ole Joe just sounds so lost and confused and unsure of where he wants to live and what he wants to do, I am sure that the cancer must be having some terrible effects on him and perhaps he really doesn't intend to hurt you but just can't help himself right now, and I will join you in prayers for his spirtual needs.

God bless you and keep you and I will also be asking St. Joseph the worker on your behalf to find gainful employment, and all the help that you need at this time.

Dear Diane I hope everything is falling into place and you and your Mom are settled. I ask the Lord to help you both...and to ensure you get your former job back.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

I mentioned before about his "chemobrain" and things getting done (decisions being made) irrationally and on the spur of the moment. For one ...now we are in Pennsylvania from Florida. He wanted to be near his "family". My 84 year old mother lives with us. I was fired (again) from a job--this has happened before. I miss too much work and take responsibility for being agitated because of all that has happened over the year. Now we have lost our home to bankruptcy, filed bankruptcy, are up in Philly and I cannot find work. We're renting an apartment and Joe is experiencing ups and downs with moods. He is depressed mostly and has many headaches from his chemo. The dr. here is good and treats him with compassion far greater than the one in Florida. I am asking everyone who reads there to please pray for Joe. He went through Cyberknife (instead of surgery--he would have died from the surgery) and the dr. here says the solid mass is not so solid anymore and the dr keeps telling us things are going well. Joe just sits from the chair to the bed. My mom sits in her room and cries. I am so depressed (and this is hard to admit) I took a handful of pills thinking I didn't want to wake up....but I did....I'm so very angry with everything. ....It is so cold up here and the only reason I agreed to "come" with Joe was because he said he wanted a trial separation if I didn't. I don't know what to do. I've prayed to God, Our Mother, St. Perigonne, St. Jude....and anyone else who will listen.....I Need prayers but for Joe's recovery and for my mom. It hurts me so bad to see them suffer. PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR HIM. Over the last month I've felt my faith slipping away and I know it is wrong.......PLEASE saya prayer for us. Diane
Diane, do not lose your faith. It's the most important thing you've got. I am sure the Good Lord will send you a miracle.

In the meantime, I offer this up for your husband, mother, and you:

Our Father
Who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy kingdom Come
Thy Will Be Done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our tresspasses
as we forgive those who tresspass against us
and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil
Amen

For the sake of His sorrowful passion, Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Jesus have Mercy on your children!

-Jeanne

Diane,

I am so glad that you are finally feeling some peace! I know how hard it must have been to leave Joe behind, but you are right in that the ball is now in his court. I am also glad that you talked to a priest. I will continue to pray for you, for Joe and for your mom. Know that you are loved by me and many here on the forum. May God continue to be with you and give you peace! Hugs & love!
