Yay! I also download several Catholic podcasts. Besides Under the Hood, I listen to
The Daily Breakfast with Fr. Roderick,
iPadre with Fr. Jay Finelli,
The Catholic Hack
and of couse Catholic Answers.

The first three podcasts can be found at www.sqpn.com.

My favorite is Mother Angelica Live, which is free every week on iTunes.

iTunes also has several other free EWTN 'casts, such as Sunday Night Live with Fr Benedict Groeschel, The World Over, The Journey Home, Life on the Rock, and Open Line.

The Catholics Next Door (Greg and Jennifer of Rosary Army, I think a lot of it is content from their SiriusXM show).
Lino at Large
And of course (cheap plug), my podcast I started for my newspaper. Church Echoes!

Default excellent podcast

Just discovered the Catholic Laboratory which is about faith, esp. The Faith and science, very good so far.
It's done by a Scot, Ian Maxwell. He has recommended CA as a resource to his listeners so you have to like him for that.

Hooray podcast threads!

I love listening to:

CA Live

Catholic Men's Podcast - Channel 1 http://catholicmenspodcast.org/

and, - Channel 2 http://catholicmentoday.org/

The King's Men http://www.thekingsmen.us/ (click "radio podcasts" on the right side)

Paul's Men http://www.paulsmen.com/

I just recently downloaded The ManlyCatholic Podcast but haven't listened yet, and I keep the recordings of the rosaries from Rosary Army on my iPod, but I don't subscribe anymore.

Catholic Men's Channel 2 seems to compile episodes from many other podcasts (which is how I found Paul's Men), so it's kind of a "Greatest Hits" or sampler feed, a good place to start.

In addition to SQPN, there is a great list at Disciples with Microphones: http://www.discipleswithmicrophones.org/podcasts/list/
