Hi everybody!! When I was 11, the original Star Trek series wasn't even on and EVERYTHING was in the future!! Sending the first man in space was a biggie - and the Russians beat us to it.

Thx for starting the new thread, Bro Dan.

Good. We took down our Christmas decorations the other day (I always hate this part of the year...).

When I was 11, Hilde wasn't even born yet. And the Berlin Wall fell that year, too.

I couldn't help myself. Since this is the last "official" day of the Christmas season, I still couldn't take down my decorations. I plugged in the tree one last time and I'm sure all my non-Catholic neighbors just think I'm nuts. Oh yeah..........they know it's me.

Why must Christmas be so short? I love Christmas. Especially the songs. Singing and listening. Today all the decorations were taken down.

What's next, easter? Oh wait, Lent.
