we have such a forum, it is evangelization, but catechists have not brought up any issues recently. it would be great if you would post some threads on good topics. it is a shame that website folded, I think they could have taken lessons here on how to run it, they had to many sub-topics and moderators were not really on the ball. They probably underestimated the cost in money and time to administer such a site. It is beyond me why every member here is not also a catechist, the sum total of knowledge and faith of CAFers is immense.
I just had a brainstorm, why couldn't we start a reference thread on that forum for catechist formation resources (maybe we already have it and I don't know I will do some research). my bet is if it is good, and it is out there, CAFers know about it.
