What are the seven virtues to combat the seven capital sins?

I have been looking everywhere to find the information that states exactly what are the seven virtues that oppose the seven capital sins. I have looked in Fr. Ott's Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma, the Catholic Encyclopedia (1912) and other books about moral theology and cannot find any listing. Can you help?

Here they are: The seven virtues that are specific opposites to the Seven Deadly Sins: Humility against pride, Kindness against envy, Abstinence against gluttony, Chastity against lust, Patience against anger, Liberality against greed, and Diligence against sloth.
