Hi Jen, I just popped over to your profile and my name did appear on your list. Can you see it?

Now, this is truly amazing: when I looked at my page just now, I saw 10 names (including yours), whereas just a moment ago there was only one name listed.

You must have the "magic touch".

I'm not sure what's going on, Roselily. It's very strange ... I just visited your page, but my name did NOT appear on your list.

For several days my page did not change except for the number of visitors: only one single name was listed. Then, just tonight (when Jen visited a few minutes ago), suddenly the "floodgates" opened and a whole slew of names appeared, all at once.

I have no idea how/why this is happening. Hopefully a Tech moderator will see and respond to your post.

yes, i can see that you visited my page and i can also see my name on your page as well. computers and i have had a very strong love/hate relationship since 1985!

Yes, there's something strange with the "visitors" list in the public profile. The count seems to increment (no way to tell for sure if its correct) but the listing itself is very odd. One day it showed a list of user 7 or more IDs, the next it shows 2. Now it has the words :"The following members were among the last 7 visitor(s) to this page" (emphasis added). What does that mean? "There were 7 visitors and the system arbitrarily picked these 2 IDs?" As I said, a little strange.

If it's going to show an incomplete list of visitors, it should at least be the latest ones, and the screen text should be clear as to what they are.

ah, yousa maka me laugha! but no my dweeb geek touch has died. i went to malphono's page and alas i cannot see myself in the visitor section.

i will yell at the computer in binary code and then try again tomorrow. perhaps all shall be well then!
