Default Exercise Support Thread Week of 3/22/2009

Greetings, and salutations, friends. It's time to start a new week of working out. It's also time to set goals for the week. My goal is to run 25 miles, including a 10 mile long run. I was hoping to do the long run this morning, but the weather didn't cooperate. Fortunately, I have time to do it tomorrow. So I ran 3 miles on the treadmill this morning.

I'm following because I truly desire to do exercise. Things are not co-operating so well and I'm too tired to think of any goals yet, but here I am in the new week any way That's me in about 20 minutes from now

I'm back! I'm finally starting to not feel like I need to throw up for long enough to get a little exercise in. My goal for the week is to walk for 30 minutes every day, and to do my strength routine 3-4 days.

Hi, Manna. Welcome back. How is the walking going? Don't push yourself too hard.

I'm keeping up with my goals. I've run 16 miles so far this week.

Where is everyone?

I'm keeping on track this week. So far, I've run 22 miles this week. I'll run the last 3 tomorrow, and take Saturday off.

It seems you're on your own setting and meeting goals, Michael.

I know I've rather fallen off the exercise waggon this week and need to get my head right.

Way to go, Michael....you are sooo good at sticking with your goals.

I have to get back on track, that nasty flu has had me down and out for the last 2.5 weeks...though I was down 5 lbs from beeing sick ....but now without exercise seem to have gained it back...not quite back to 100%...

Did walk my 3/4 mile yesterday (a good sign as with being tired I was taking the subway instead) and have been drinking my 8 glasses and eating lots of fruit....
need to get back with the ab roller and aerobic workout and no junk fell off that...
