What are you sensing right now?
A fun little game I once learned based on the five senses. What are you seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting right now? Try to come up with something for each sense if you can. I'll go first:
I am seeing that it's getting dark outside again (it's been rainy)
I am hearing the dryer humming
I am smelling wet dog
I am touching my desk
I am tasting a caramel rice cake (yum!)

Re: What are you sensing right now?
Hello and welcome to CAF,
my name is Andrew!
I am seeing the screen
I am listening to music
I smell my room
I am touching the keyboard
I taste faintly a lunch
Is that what you meant?

Re: What are you sensing right now?
I am seeing a reflection from my bedroom light onto the glass of my bedroom window
I am hearing the clickety-clack of the computer keyboard as I type.
I am touching the soft fluffy sweater I am wearing
I am tasting a bit of slight garlicky afterburn of the nachos I've just eaten
I am smelling the air freshener I just sprayed in the bathroom
