Idaho Vacation - Pics and Report

Greetings folks.

Just got back from my first archery black bear hunt in northern Idaho. Unfortunately no tags were filled. We only saw a total of 2 bears, which were very small and scrawny. My bear bratwurst dinner will have to be put off for another year I guess. Despite our best efforts and trying everything in the book to close the deal, no bigger bears were to be found during hunting hours.

It was still an awesome trip though. Saw lots of other wildlife, had a great time visiting with good friends and saw some of the most beautiful wilderness around. Here are a few pics from the trip….
