I knew there'd be one of these springing up soon
Firstly, all the best for the half mrathon on Saturday, which I see is your CAF join anniversary and is also my son-in-law's birthday.
Last week was a bad negative. I was just so very, very tired and came home and slept for hours at a time.
Hopefully I get to the pool this week.

Is there such a thing as a good negative?

I just got back from my 11 mile run. It took 1:42:02. That works out to 9:17 per mile.

Umm, depends. Negative overdraft balace is good
But in the way I used it there's negative and bad negative, then you might get badder negative and really horrible negative.
I'm talking so much junk, I probably should rather go to sleep.

Re: Exercise Support Thread Week of 5/31/2009
I noticed that in May, I set a new personal record. I ran 123 miles in May. My previous best month was 116 miles.
Nick, do you think you're setting goals that are unrealistic?

No, I just think I need to stop eating everything in the world. I get bored & start eating. I get tired & start eating. I get bummed out & start eating. Pretty much any excuse leads to me eating. I literally had to fight myself out of the grocery store the other day because all I wanted to do was buy a bunch of junk food & indulge.

I'm the same way. When I watch TV, I want to munch on something. When I'm at my computer, working, I want to snack on something. It's just too easy. We need to help each other out.

So yesterday I managed the bike & TKD. Ended up at 2,300 calories so that's still pretty good.
Wednesday seems to be the day I fall of the wagon & start my downward slide every week. Here's to a good day...

I did my 2 mile run this morning. It felt weird to only run 2 miles.
Nick, good job yesterday. Stay focused today. You can do it, my friend. Give it all to God!

Only 2 miles? Are you changing something up about your routine?

I'm tapering down prior to the half marathon. Next week I'll be back to my normal 3 mile daily runs.
