Boomers' Mickey Mouse Club 2
Hey Mouseketeers! I think I've got this right!
I found a key to the new lock on our clubhouse door. Mama just sent me along with some sugar cookies all cut out in shapes. I have hearts, gingerbread men, doggies, bunnies, and some that are circles. I think it comes from the never ending cookie jar, too, so there's plenty!
At least the lights are still on. Look! It's time for the Mickey Mouse Club on TV. I think Spin and Marty might be on this time!
Hurry up!

Boy, are you lucky to live in a house with a never ending bag of donuts and a never ending cookie jar! Could you ask your mommy to tell my mommy where she got them?
What's on now? I brought some puzzles that we can play with - I love to play with puzzles. Do you? Has anybody else come here since the time machine adjustment?

Actually I'd like to take a sledge hammer to that time machine! It only makes us all old and unhappy!

[Well, because of it I have my daughter and my grandkids. I can think of few earthly things more worthwhile!]

I'm sorry Brigid. I don't want to deny you the pleasure of someday having a daughter and grandkids It just seems when Peggy goes riding in the time machine she comes back unhappy sometimes. An' I don't understand I don't want Peggy or anyone else to be sad!

You're just too nice, Lego. I almost said "sweet", but I don't want to make you blush.
At least I never get sad here at the clubhouse, just in that darned time machine. I like my grandkids and kids, too, but I sure wish I could pick and choose the times I land in!
It took me a little while, but this dog learned a new trick today.
I'll see if my mama can give your mommy the recipe for the never ending stuff. I think there is some fairy dust mixed in with it that makes it last forever.

Did you hear? They have somthin' new called "Colored TV" I guess it works like they take crayolas and color the pitchers and its really pretty instead of gray an'white an' black. My aunt Erma and uncle Ward have one an my daddy an me saw Bonanza on it. It was really intersting to see it all colored like that. And you know the bird they show at the start of the show. I think it's called a "Pee-Cock" It has a pretty tail in all kinds of colors. Maybe aunt Erma would let us see a colored tv show sometime. You think that would be fun?

We'll give them donut holes and cookies and hugs and kisses [and . This is a time of purification for this country and He knows best. At least we can come to this clubhouse. It's so refreshing for me. ]

I like puzzles, too, Brigid. Are you talking about picture puzzles? We can set up here on the table that we made from those old doors and the crates. Then, we can watch TV while we are working on the puzzles.
Do you guys ever watch Kukla, Fran, and Ollie? I haven't figured out, yet, who is who?

Ah, fairy dust, I should have known. Well, mommy knows some elves and leprechauns at the beach where we camp [ShiShi-by Neah Bay] so maybe they can get her some fairy dust.

Yeah, there pictures of Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Snow White. That sounds good. BTW, did Razzy ever make it back? I hope she's not hurting too much.

Fran is the nice lady who is Kukla and Ollie's friend. Her name is really Fran Allison and she's an acktress. She is also on a radio show called "Don McNiell's Breakfast club. On there she's called "Aunt Fanny".And she tells jokes and makes people laugh cause she imitates an old lady. My mommy and granma listen to it on WLS a radio station in Chicago, Illinois.

You mean that birdie on the TV that looks like a turkey bird? I wonder who colors the pitichers? I don't think I ever saw a crayoned TV yet. Some of my friends don't even have a TV and they come over to my house after school to watch. That's why I watch shows I don't even get, yet, like Kukla, Fran and Ollie. Sometimes they watch Beanie and Cecil, but I don't get that, either. My Daddy says when I'm older, I will think it's funny.
