As I can't eat wheat, the pies I would make would need at "alternative" crust made of diced nuts and dates, would be fruit-filled, and would not be baked. But if you're ever in the Denver area, I'll make you one

Jumping out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off or keep your eyes closed and hit snooze.
