Exercise Support Thread Week of 7/12/2009
Good morning, and Happy Sunday, everyone. As we begin a new week of honoring God with our bodies, lets set our goals for the week. My goal is to run 23 miles, including an 8 mile long run, scheduled for today.
I leave tonight for San Francisco, and will be there all week. So I'll be running on the hotel treadmill the rest of the week.

Re: Exercise Support Thread Week of 7/12/2009
Just got back from my 8 mile run. I went to the local community college and ran on the track. It was 67 degrees when I started, and 76 when I finished. It's a good thing I got out there early. We're expecting a high of 100 today.

Is anyone else working out this week? I did my 3 mile run this morning.

M- Th I am going to do yoga and body weight exercises since I am not around a gym.

It's been a quiet week here. How have you done, Tosk? I reached my goal yesterday. But I went out this morning to do some yard work, and sweated as much as I do when I run.

This group seems to be dying out. We'll try it for another week and see how it goes. The new thread is here.
