Closing Threads after 1,000 posts
I am fairly new here, and i am wondering what the reasoning behind not allowing threads to go over 1,000 posts.
This is the first message board that i have encountered this, and i was just curious

Speaking of which...
Could you please close "End Times Speculation Part V" in the "Back Fence" subforum? It's over 1000 and we're starting to get people trying to "get in the last word."
Thanks!
