Why can't I leave a message?

Every time I try to post a message I get a message stating that I am not allowed to post, to refresh the page and log in. Of course I have already logged in. So I refresh the page and log in again and if I am very lucky my post hasn't been deleted (the last one was). I try to preview the message or post the message and boom - here it comes again. "You are not allowed...." What on earth could I be doing wrong? HELP!!!
