Fast forward, watched a high guy drive more carefully than I drive sober. His biggest traffic crime? Coming to a full and complete stop at a 4-way stop, rather than just pulling a farmer stop and gliding through like everyone else.
For the record, I think people taking Vicodin, Xanax, and any mood altering drug not be allowed to dose and drive, either. No intoxicated drivers - no matter your drug! Potheads behind the wheel is not a valid excuse for keeping the plant illegal.

I advocate pot being made legal....however....driving under the influence of any intoxicant is dangerous to those who share the road. Someone under the influence of pot has a slower reaction time to make quick fast decisions on the road....a ball and child who runs out in the street faces a greater chance of being hit by a driver under the influence of marijuana than a sober driver.
Marijuana does slow down one's reaction time...perhaps less than alcohol...perhaps not....driving under the influence of any intoxicant or mind altering substance is illegal...those who do so are a danger not only to themselves...but others as well.
