Default prayer for a friend who just lost her sister

My dearest friend has just lost her sister to a brain anuerism. It was such a shock, she had been so healthy with no warning. My friend was so very close to her sister. They talked to each other at least once a day, usually twice a day. I'm concerned for her. Would you please pray for her? Thank you!

Losing a loved one is never ever easy. A sudden loss, while possibly having resulted in less suffering for the person who died, I believe can be even more devastating for the survivor with no time to prepare whatsoever. I pray God will comfort your friend at this very difficult time and in time may His peace softly blanket her wounds in knowing her sister is in a better place in peace with the Lord. And that someday they indeed will meet again to live together for all eternity in heaven's glory forever and ever. I ask this in our Savior Jesus's name. Amen.

Dear M, I'm sad for this new sorrow felt for your close friend.
Remembering Your Mother and Mary Magdalene both grieving at the foot of Your cross, dear Jesus, please comfort and heal this bereaved sister in the shock and loneliness of losing her lifelong companion.

Mother Mary at the wedding feast of Cana (John 2:1-12)

you successfully interceded with Him for a family's temporal need
please now intercede with your divine Son
for each person's temporal and spiritual needs.
Thank you Mother

JESUS please grant our prayer for this person

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

May your friend be helped by the Holy Spirit and healed and comforted. May her sister be at peace now in God's embrace. Amen.

Praying for your friend and her sister.

SERENITY PRAYER
O God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time. Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace. Taking, as he did, the sinful world as it is, not as I would have it. Trusting that he will make all things right if I surrender to His will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with Him forever.
