Default Guitar chords - "We are the light of the world"

Does anyone have, or know where to find, the guitar chords for this song? I think it's by a Jeff Grief. I've been searching, can't find anything. I've got the lyrics, I just can't figure out how to play it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chorus:

We are the light of the world, may our light shine before all
That they may see the good that we do and give glory to God.

Thank you!

We are the Light of the World is by Jean Anthony Greif. Vernacular Hymns Publishing company holds the copyright.

I couldn't find a website for that publisher but it seems that you can get the melody line via GIA's hymn print. I don't know if they sell guitar sheet music unless you buy the full hymnal but you could probably contact them to find out. I'm fairly certain it's in OCP's Breaking Bread collection too. Since neither OCP nor GIA actually hold the copyright I don't know if they can sell single sheet music.

Thanks! This gives me something to go on for sure.

With your help, I found the sheet music here:
http://www.ocp.org/products/11111

However, I'm not able to tell if it will have the chords on it or not. It says "Piano/guitar", but I'm not sure if that means it will have the chord symbols. I'd hate to get it and find out it doesn't...there is no preview available. Does anyone have any experience with this?
