The great evil perpetrated by the judiciary, the Fla legislature and the American legal system will redound to the ultimate detriment of America. A chastisement will surely come.

They also have the presumption of innocence, and automatic stays of execution to make sure there is no doubt prior to execution. They also cannot have 'cruel and unusual' punishments. I'm sure starving to death would be considered C&U. It's a sad state we're in.
