Fox said another Judge will hear case again
Just gave a quick blib...no name. The fed judge gave them until 3:00 pm to get their brief drawn and delivered.

Spotlight  He we will go down in history for denying the right of a disabled woman to live, if he doesn't do the right thing.

I disagree. This case will become a model for judicial tyranny, administrative corruption, and ignorance of rule of law. Not to mention how many helpless people will be summarily executed as a result of this case. History will look upon this case simply for the sheer numbers of people who will die because of it.
The only way History won't care is if we let it.

Remember, this is the guy who said they did not establish likelihood of success. I think this judicial meandering will get us nowhere unless they can appeal on a legal procedure rather quickly. Perhaps Gov Bush can justify taking custody based on the fact she may not live through proceedings.
