Default Sigh! Please Pray For My Terminally Ill Beloved Mother

I stay home with my terminally ill mother who in a few months from now will be 75 years young at heart. There's so much terminal illness in my family. Sometimes its very difficult to put a smile on your heart. My mother has congestive heart failure, diabetes ad so many other health related issues. She is so depressed to the point of thinking she is a burden to the family. I'm sure many dying people feel this way. But its awfully difficult when its a family member you love dearly. I'm blessed to have a close family who are very loving and close friends. It still doesn't make it easy though. Hopefully we can make this final Mothers Day happy for her. Please pray for my mother.

Sincerely Appreciated
In the Peace of Christ
Chris

Lord Jesus, you came into the world
to heal our infirmities
and to endure our sufferings.
You went about healing all
and bringing comfort
to those in pain and need.
We come before you now
in this time of illness
asking that you may be the source
of our strength in body,
courage in spirit
and patience in pain.
May we join ourselves more closely
to you on the cross
and in your suffering
that through them
we may draw our patience and hope.
Assist us and restore us to health
so that united more closely
to your family, the Church,
we may give praise and honour to your name.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of Grace
Blessed art thou among women
Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Mother Mary,

Please shine thy eyes of mercy on your daughter.

Jesus,

Please bring your healing and peace to this family.

Amen

O Good Saint Anne,
so justly called the Mother of the infirm,
the health of those who suffer from disease,
look kindly upon the sick person for whom I pray.

Alleviate their sufferings,
cause them to sanctify them by patience,
and by complete submission to divine will.
Finally deign to obtain health for them
and with it the firm resolution to honour Jesus, Mary and yourself
by the faithful performance of their Christian duties.
Amen.

Prayer To Our Lady of Perpetual Help
A Novena (Especially for this mother)

O MOTHER of Perpetual Help,
Grant that I may ever invoke
Your most powerful name,
Which is the safeguard of the living
And the salvation of the dying.

O purest Mary!
O sweetest Mary!
Let your name henceforth
Be ever on my lips.

Delay not, O Blessed Lady, To succor me
Whenever I call on you.

In all my temptations,
In all my needs,
I will never cease
To call on you
Ever repeating
Your sacred name,
Mary, Mary!

Oh, what consolations,
What sweetness,
What confidence,
What emotion fills my soul
When I utter your sacred name,
Or even only think of you!

I thank the Lord
For having given you,
For my good,
So sweet, so powerful,
So lovely a name.

But I will not be content
With merely uttering your name.

Let my love for you prompt me
Ever to hail you,
Mother of Perpetual Help.

Mother of Perpetual Help,
Pray for me
And grant me the favor
I confidently ask of you.
Please intercede for this mother

Hail Mary (3 times).
