Default Can I Attend Saturday Evening Mass, Instead of Easter Sunday Mass?

I usually go to church on Saturday evening instead of sunday morning, but this sunday is easter sunday so will I still be able to go to saturday mass and not sunday and still fulfil the obligation or do I need to go on Sunday?

Yes. Saturday evening Mass is the Easter Vigil, you are totally fine.

THE only mass on Saturday is the Easter Vigil which typically runs 3 hours so if your up for it go ahead!
Don't expect your typical saturday mass its a biggie, baptsim for new converts, confirmation for new converts of those who left the faith prematurely, and of course all the rites and rituals of an Easter Vigil mass.

So every church today will have a 3 hour vigil?

Probably depends on how big it is. If you go to the parish I visited a few weeks ago, where 10 people showed up for vigil mass, I doubt it'll take 3 hours. But they'll still have to get through all the parts mentioned above, so it'll definitely take longer than usual.

If you've got an Eastern Catholic parish nearby, some rites do not allow Easter mass until the actual day of Easter, so you can have a bona fide midnight mass, which is pretty impressive.
