Default Clearly Define the force the Bushes need to take

I have heard differing reasons as to how the Bushes could, infact, remove custody of Terri from her husband.

Is this with the use of military force?

Is this legal, within the defined description of powers of Govenor's/President's position?

I am seeking a truthful, clear, succint answer, and not a bunch of gibberish from Bush Bashers. (Infact, that is cause for me to create another post.)

Julie

No. You dont get it.

I don't want some quote from some body in journalism. Thats just their opinion, and not the facts.

You want to quote me something?

Find it in the Bush's 'job description' or whatever you call it.

We will be blue in the face quoting this person or that person.

Quote me some TRUTH!!!

Get real.

I'm become upset how all these Bush Beaters are using Terri as an opportunity to put down the Bushes.

Quit using Terri! Your just as manipulative as her husband.

Ah, now poor little you with all of (what?) 11 posts have become upset.

I think I am going to cry all night.

Oh maybe not! Where the hek do you get off coming on here with all of 11 posts and demanding to be filled in on your terms? Who gave you the idea that you don't have to do what we all have done which is: read the other threads. Are you special? Is that it? You don't have time? Oh now, that just brings tears to my eyes all over again.

Ok here is my response:

1) I have not the foggiest idea what you are talking about. Not even a glimmer of a clue.

2) It appears from what we have been reading on these threads and from the myriad sources we have pulled that the judge, Michael's lawyer, and Michael may have defrauded Terri's original doctors. And then covered up. It certainly appears that they had both opportunity and motive.

If you want to take the trouble to look up some material then, please feel free. There are lots of threads here which lots of people have taken pains to present. However, if nothing will satisfy you but stamping your feet and bellowing demands for negative attention, then please do feel free to go elsewhere.

Please refrain from making ad hominum personal attacks. We don't have time to report you to the mods right now. But if you continue in your trolling ways, we will not hesitate the next time we catch you.

You want me to find in Jeb Bush's job description where it says "You must save Terri Schiavo by force in the event that she is deprived of her feeding tube"?

Ok. I'll get right on it.

The letter was addressed to Bush, not to the court.

Sorry about your Bush bashers. I support George W. and Jeb. But I think Jeb is making a big error.

As far as being manipulative.......... "Get real."

If you want me to extrapolate your logic, I am to understand that for you to take me seriously, I need to have 1000+ posts.

I hope you do not mean this, because you would discount many other people on this site. However, this is how you come across.

You are correct in stating the massive amounts of information regarding this case have facts that I may find helpful.

That is why I asked for something specific from the person out there who may have written the answer to my question. So I, and anyone else who is wondering, doesn't need to wade through over 500 threads and 9000 posts.

It seems you do not have the answer to my post.

Good luck on your other posts.

Due to a particularly low level of charity on this thread it is being closed.

Behave yourselves.
