At every step of the way he has tried to make the Schindlers out like bad people. He couldn't actually come out and say it today so he used Fr. Pavone and Bobby not wanting to leave the room in the end. He did say that they had heard in the media that Terri's mom didn't want to visit after Easter. Gosh this man is so undignified.

Re: George Felos is Singling Out and Condeming Father Frank Pavone
This man makes me want to vomit. He said he believes the fight from Michael's opponents had more to do with fear of death than sanctity of life.

Actually...NO. I have turned the sound off...he makes me sick to my stomach...I cannot stand the sound of that weasles smarmy voice. Nothing he say's suprises me at this point. He is one sick cookie!
If I listen to him, I won't be able to focus on praying for his blighted soul. And I intend to do that mightily for Terris and her families sake. Strange as it is to those who do not know God, He requires us to forgive and to pray for all sinners.
I got to say...today is a real hard test of faith for us all in that regard.

1) Priests for Life, the group led by Father Pavone, send out an email every so often. This is the email address on mine:
Priests_for_Life@xmr3.com
2) The following is the beginning of a new order of priests. It's the opener to the newsletter.
Quote:
Pro-Life Society of Priests Announced by Fr. Pavone and Bishop Yanta
March 23, 2005, Amarillo, Texas. Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of
Priests for Life, officially announced today that he is
founding a pro-life community dedicated to the formation and training
of priests, deacons, brothers and seminarians who will
devote themselves fully to the proclamation of the Gospel of Life. This
initiative will be based in the diocese of Amarillo,
Texas, under the authority and stewardship of Bishop John W. Yanta.
"It has been a dream of mine for over a decade to form a community that
can accept seminarians who want to devote their
entire ministry to the defense of the unborn," said Fr. Pavone. "While
there are religious communities that give special
emphasis to the right to life, the Church has no ‘institutional’
society of men whose exclusive focus is to protect innocent
human life from the tragedy of abortion and euthanasia. It is time for
such a community. I am grateful to Bishop Yanta for
allowing me the opportunity to make this dream a reality."

3) The reason I mention Rose Hawthorne, the daughter of Nathaniel Hawthorne and convert to the Catholic faith, is due to the work which she began. In fact, she is a candidate for sainthood. She, and her order, were one of the first hospice movements, so to speak, in our country. Those patients who suffered from terminal cancer had a place to live for free under their care. The only home I've ever been in that was under them has closed in recent years in Fall River, MA - but there was not even the aroma of death there. It was a truly AMAZING place. It is an amazing order. She was an amazing woman.
It has occured to me that an order such as Rose Hawthorne's needs to rise up for those of us who may one day find themselves in a nursing home or hospice one day for reasons other than terminal cancer.

Re: George Felos is Singling Out and Condeming Father Frank Pavone
If Micheal were doing this because "it was what Terri wanted", I'm sure Terri would want her brother and sister with her in the room when she died. Another example of everything being what michael wants and not what Terri would want.

From what I have heard of Felos, I tend to agree. The whole hospice down there (or many involved) are cult-like in their insistance on death at any cost.

Yeah, I am having one heck of a time praying for Michael, and now I have to pray for Felos too. Please God, give me some courage here!

ROFL. That line's great. For the truth is that it is precisely fear of death (and life) that hastened her death.

I am listening to George Felos specifically single out Father Pavone's comments as comments of "venom" and "harshness" and not right from a "religous person". This is after Fr. Pavone spoke out about Felos and company threatening arrest on any family member that stayed in the room while Terri died.
He is calling the Schindlers "visitors" and he is blaming the hospice administrator for forcing them to leave and that Bobby Schindler was causing a problem in trying to stay and that Bobby is the problem with law enforcement.
He is clamoring on about "right-to-die" and Michael standing up like the brave soldier to defend this death with dignity.
I take personal offense to those comments Mr. Felos - you will not be forgotten.
Beyond that, he is blabbing on about the death process for the past 15 minutes - blow by blow. Repeating himself. Can't stop talking about death.

He was a liar from the beginning.

Did you notice Felos' flicking tongue, always to the right side of his mouth?
He reminds me of a snake. He may be obsessed by demons. (Not possesed)
The man really FITS his occupation and that being "death".

You've put your finger on the crux of things; IMO this is the reason they are singling out Pavone; his announcement that he is starting an order who will through "action" fight euthanasia and the cult of death. They IMO can't say that aloud, so they are using the indirect method of "he didnt play nice with me" -- it's the old can't address the issue, then attack the person technique.

Re: George Felos is Singling Out and Condeming Father Frank Pavone
God bless Fr. Pavone. He's the only human being who seems to have irritated George Felos and disconcerted Mikey.
When Felos started taking questions, the very first question from a reporter asked (paraphrasing) how Felos could claim Terri died, when in fact she was starved to death.
Felos said, "No one dies from the removal of artificial hydration..." He never answered the question.
God help me. I want Felos's intestines on a stick.

I found it chilling to listen to this man, I could not believe what
was coming out of his mouth, it is so sickening.
I hold Father Pavone in the highest regard and hope that he will
have a chance to answer this man's remarks about him!
