It is pretty self-explanitory. The map gives the number of electors from each country.

Regarding Italian Cardinals, are those all native ordinariate cardinals or does it include curial cardinals? Is the count a matter of where they are natives or where they are serving. For example, 2 or 3 American cardinals serve in the curia. Are they counted in the U.S count or the Italian count?

What determines the number of electors per country? Is it simply the number of cardinals from each country? And if that is the case, then who or what criteria determines how many cardinals there are in each country?
