Sure. Religious supply stores sell holy water bottles and home fonts for precisely that purpose. I don't recommend filling your holy water bottle from the church font though; that's for everyone's use while entering and leaving the church. If the parish doesn't have a tank with attached spigot set up for filling holy water bottles in the vestibule of the church, then ask the sacristan or parish clergy where to find the parish's supply of holy water.
