Default Rite of Renewal of Vows

Where can one find the Catholic Rite (that the Priest/Deacon would use) for the Renewal of Vows during Mass? This will be used for the couple's 25th anniversary. I have access to most of the ritual books used in the church, so please help me find the correct rite for the renewal of vows/blessing of Marriage?

Thanks!

Is there such a thing? I've seen many different ways of doing it... from just hearing a "normal" mass to repeating the blessing and exchange of rings to going through the whole marriage ceremony. Having so much diversity suggest that there is no established form. I tend to think that there is no rite for the Renewal of Vows.

In 1976 the Roman Ritual was revised and split into two books: The Rites and The Book of Blessings (which has been greatly revised). The Book of Blessings now has the marriage blessing. 1987 Index:

USCCB 1-55586-346-9, Book of Blessings (Liturgy Documentary Series 9) (5/18/2004) seems to be out of print now.

But another version, I believe, is from 1989 (ISBN-10: 0814618758, Liturgical Press):

Book of Blessings: Approved for Use in the Dioceses of the United States of America by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops and Confirmed by the Apostolic See (Roman Ritual)

Older Roman Ritual (from 1964), Celebration of a Silver or Golden Wedding Anniversary.

In Canada you find the rite for a Renewal of Marriage vows near the end of the Rite of Marriage book within the celebration of anniversaries. The prayers all refer to a marriage that has been in existence but the exchange of consent is exactly the same as the original vows.
