He is going crazy.....
I told him how I do not want to mess around no more and he wrote me an email saying I cant believe you, you're turning into a goody goody and r u saying this to get out of this relationship? I mean UGH I do not know I need help. So I wrote him saying well if you truly love me like you said you do then you would understand me!
what do I do now?

It seems to me that all he wants from you is sex.  And unless if he's willing to continue your relationship without it, then you should dump him.
