Default Cardinal in Black

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know who the Cardinal is in black vestments?. He wears a midieval looking hat. He looks more Greek Orthodox than Catholic.
I'm not a Catholic, and this question may appear dumb.

He was one of the three non-Latin Catholics who are Cardinals.

They are....

Cardinal Ignace Moussa I Daoud, Patriarch emeritus of Antioch for Syrians
Cardinal Lubomyr Husar, of the Ukrainian Studite Monks, Major Archbishop of Lviv for Ukrainians
Cardinal Varkey Vithayathil, C.SS.R., Major Archbishop of Ernakulam-Angamaly for Syro-Malabars (India)

There are also two other eastern Catholic Cardinals over the age of 80 so you didn't see them.

Of the three listed. Cardinal Varkey dresses like his Latin counterparts. Cardinal Ignace wears a, well I don't really know what they call it but it is very different.

So that leave Cardinal Lubomyr, he wears a mitre that looks like what you might see a Greek Orthodox bishop wearing.
