This is how EWTN describes the program on its homepage:
"An amateur astronomer presents the results of his intensive research into an investigation of the history of the biblical star of Bethlehem."

I don't think there is anything wrong with having more than one thread, if the threads are in different forums and started by different persons. Many of us don't visit all of the forums at CAF, so a bit of duplication gives us more of a chance to learn about the program. 
I was unaware of it until you posted here. I simply posted the links because PuzzleAnnie had mentioned the earlier discussions and I thought some people might be interested in reading what has been said already.
