Question Losing Posts

Just curious, no real problem, but I noticed that my "post count" has gone down. What could cause such a thing?

Default Re: Losing Posts

I think I've the possible answer on another thread. Apparently when a thread is deleted, so too the posts are deleted. I was worried that perhaps someone took offence to something I posted and these individual posts were deleted, but I no longer think that this is the case.

I wasn't being paranoid, just a little sensitive. I don't want to offend anyone and I've been posting in the politics forum allot lately. Everyone knows those discussions get heated. When I feel that I really must get a political thought off my chest, I walk away from the computer for several minutes. If at the end of this cooling off period I still feel the need to post, at least I have had a moment to gather my thoughts.

Thanks for listening, God Bless!

Last night we pruned more than 100 threads from the forums. These were threads with little or no activity for many days. If you had been one of the rare posters to such a thread, your post count decreased.

Karl,

Are you guys short for space already? If not, how 'bout moving these threads to an archive?

John
