Prayer for Beatification of VENERABLE MOTHER CATHERINE McAULEY,
Foundress, Religious Sisters of Mercy (RSM)

Loving God You chose Catherine McAuley for the service of your people who are Poor, Sick and Uneducated. You inspired her to found the Sisters of Mercy so that these good works might endure.

Give to each of us a portion of her compassionate spirit and an ardent desire to serve your suffering people.

Graciously hear our prayers for Catherine and by granting the favours we ask through her intercession, hasten the day when her sanctity will be celebrated by all the Church.

Amen

Prayer for the Beatification and Canonization of Servant of God Frank Duff

God our Father, You inspired your servant Frank Duff with a profound insight into the mystery of your Church, the Body of Christ, and of the place of Mary the Mother of Jesus in this mystery.

In his immense desire to share this insight with others and in filial dependence on Mary he formed her Legion to be a sign of her maternal love for the world and a means of enlisting all her children in the Church's evangelizing work.

We thank you, Father, for the graces conferred on him and for the benefits accruing to the Church from his courageous and shining faith.

With confidence we beg you that through his intercession you grant the petition we lay before you ..... We ask too that if it be in accordance with your will, the holiness of his life may be acknowledged by the Church for the glory of Your Name, through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Prayer for Canonization of BLESSED EDMUND IGNATIUS RICE

Oh God, who in your love for the souls of innocent children, chose Blessed Edmund Rice to establish new religious families in your Church for their instruction, look favorably we beseech you, on his virtues and good works,
and if it be for your glory and the sanctification of souls, mercifully hear our prayer that he may be raised to the altars of your holy Church.
Amen.

Prayer To Obtain The Canonization Of Blessed Mother M. Catherine Troiani
Most Holy Trinity,

You are the source of all holiness and of every perfect gift.

We thank you for the immense love that you bestow on every creature.

With fervent faith we implore you the graceof seeing Blessed Mary Catherine Troiani numbered among the Saints.

During her earthly existence she followed the footsteps of Christ Crucified as a crucified bride and missionary among the "people beyond the seas",

and bestowed a special predilection upon the little,

the least, the despised, the poor.

We entrust our prayer to the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

confident that it will be granted.

Glory and praise to you, O Holy Trinity. Amen.

Prayer for the Canonization of Blessed Louis and Zélie Martin
Parents of St. Therese of Lisieux
Beatified on October 19, 2008, as Witnesses of Conjugal Love

God of eternal love, You give us Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin,
the parents of St. Therese, as an example of holiness in marriage.
They remained faithful to You and your commandments in all the duties
and trials of life. They desired to raise their children to become saints.

May their prayers and example help Christian family life to blossom in our world today.
If it be your will, grant us the grace we now ask of You through the intercession of
Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin, and let them be counted among the
Saints of the Church. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin, pray for us!!!

PRAYER FOR CANONIZATION OF
BL. STANISLAUS PAPCZYŃSKI

Most holy and undivided Trinity, You choose to make Your home in the hearts of Your faithful servants, and, after their death, to reward their merits with the glory of heaven. Bring it about, we ask, that Your servant, Bl. Stanislaus, who, enraptured by the mystery of the Immaculate Conception of the Mother of God, progressed with such fidelity and so sacrificially towards personal sanctity, and who made every effort to introduce and preserve the Kingdom of God in the hearts of his neighbors, be added by the Church without delay to the company of the Saints. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer for Bishop Alvaro del Portillo's intercession
Prayer for private devotion.

O God, merciful Father, you granted your servant Álvaro, Bishop, the grace of being an exemplary pastor in the service of the Church, and a most faithful son and successor of Saint Josemaría, the founder of Opus Dei. Grant that I too may respond faithfully to the demands of the Christian vocation, turning all the circumstances and events of my life into opportunities to love you and serve the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Deign to glorify your servant Álvaro, and through his intercession grant me the favor I request ... (here make your petition). Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory be to the Father.

In conformity with the decrees of Pope Urban VIII, we declare that there is no intention of anticipating in any way the judgment of the Church, and that this prayer is not intended for public use.

Maybe someone here can help me get a relic of Bl. John Paul II. I am not talking about a first class relic. I have no money for that.

If anyone here can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you!

PRAYER TO OBTAIN CANONIZATION FOR THE BLESSED MARY ELIZABETH HESSELBLAD

Holy Father, God of infinite goodness, I thank you because
you filled with the gifts of your Spirit, the Blessed
Mother Mary Elizabeth Hesselblad who consecrated
her whole life to love and adore you for doing all
your will.
Following the example of Saint Bridget of Sweden, has lived
the Word of life and has worked tirelessly
for the unity of Christians, so that everyone recognizes, in
fullness of Catholic faith, Christ the Savior who has
wanted the visible communion of those who, immersed
in the waters of Baptism, and sealed by the Spirit of love
live in one fold under one Shepherd.
I ask you, in communion with the whole church, to increase
in me and all Christians faith, hope and
charity, so that, following the example of Mother
Elizabeth, our life is always a perennial praise and
an endless thanks to You, O God, One and Triune.
I pray you, with humility and trust, to grant me, through the intercession
the Blessed Mother Elizabeth, this grace (invoke the grace to be obtained) in order to, for
your glory and the good of all Christians, come soon
the day of his canonization, and is venerated by
Universal Church in the Communion of Saints.

Through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Therefore, through the intercession of Your servant, Catherine Doherty, we ask (mention your petition). We ask this for Your honor and glory, and in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son our Lord. Amen.

PRAYER FOR CANONIZATION OF BLESSED ADOLPH KOLPING

Almighty, everlasting God!

You gave us Blessed Adolph Kolping as an intercessor and role model. His life found fulfillment in his concern for the young people in religious and social difficulties. For many he was an untiring pastor, a fatherly advisor, a patient teacher and a true friend.

He set us an example in his love for your Son. In his loyalty to the Church he is an exemplary role model for us. His concern was to understand work, family and society in the light of our faith. He considered helping one another within the community to be the expression of the Christian love for one's neighbour.

From the Holy Scripture, the sacraments and prayer he drew the strength to create a movement that is to serve You and mankind.

At all times you have called us to help establish your kingdom. We therefore beseech you: help us work together to overcome poverty, injustice and hopelessness. Through the intercession of Blessed Adolph Kolping, help us to defend human life and protect marriage and family. As members of the International Kolping Society in the community of your Church let us be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

Fulfill our hope of being able to honour Adolph Kolping as a Saint throughout the whole church in all languages and nations. Let us, through faith, hope and love, work towards bringing your kingdom in this world, just as Adolph Kolping did.

This we ask of You, through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

A Prayer for the Canonization of Blessed Junipero Serra, OFM

Heavenly Father, we ask you to look lovingly on the missionary journey of your faithful servant, Blessed Junipero Serra.
His steadfast efforts in founding nine missions in California and the conversion of thousands of Native Americans have inspired the formation and work of Serra International.
This ministry in Father Serra's name is to encourage and affirm vocations to priesthood and vowed religious life.
We pray that you bless this holy and courageous Franciscan missionary and grant him the ultimate honor of Sainthood in your heavenly kingdom.
We ask this in the name of Thy Blessed Trinity and of Mary, Queen of vocations.
Amen.
