Default Praying for rain... or not?

I'd like the opinions of some others...

Which procedure seems more likely to succeed, when someone is seeking rainfall?
  1. Pray constantly.
  2. Wash your car or truck.

I'd say #2 is closer. Besides, what's a better cover for splashing water on somebody and making it look like an accident?
