How does one input a signature on their posts, such as Bible quotes? Thanks

Luigi,

Thank you for your help. It's often the simple things in life that seem the hardest!

Gail,

I was once exactly where you are now. People helped me. I'm just passing it along.

If you need any help, just holler.

Thank you Luigi!

I'm new at posting in general and have been wondering how to add a signature for quite some time.

Not a problem Be aware that there is a size limit. Pictures tend to take up more of your available space, as do bold texts, special fonts, etc.

If you do decide to use a pic, host it at tinypic. The url (www.tinypic..etc etc) is shorter than other photo hosting sites, so you might be able to get 2 pics in.

There is no option like that for me, I don't know what to do!! When I go to Control Panel, it shows the following: Edit Your Details, Edit Profile Picture, Edit Avatar, Edit Contact List, Edit Ignore List, Edit Options. I can't edit my profile picture or avatar either. Could someone please help me?

Jon, you can not edit those things because you have not been a member of CAF long enough.

Profile pictures and avatars are rewards for participating in CAF. You can earn them, in part, by commenting in threads. However, length that you have belonged to CAF is also important.

Here is an explanation of the avatar permission levels:
http://forums.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=323511

As you can see, they are dependent on the user titles (or ranks.) Those are explained here:
http://forums.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=316437

Both of those explanations can be found in the forum which is called Mini-Tutorials. It is sort of a Frequently Asked Questions database.
