Default Prayer against fear and anxiety

Been feeling fearful and anxious about many things - relationships, parents' age and health, finances.
THank you for your prayers. I offer up mine for those suffering through the same feelings.

"PRAYER FOR
RELIEVING STRESS AND ANXIETY
Lord, there has been too much change in my life recently,
and I feel overwhelmed.
Because I try to be a responsible person,
I sometimes forget that it is unwise for me
to allow my sense of duty to override my common sense.

Lord, help me to allow myself more time to rest,
relax, and pray.
Guide me toward something spiritual to read every day
and a quiet time afterwards
to reflect on what I have read
and how it pertains to my life.
I truly want to simplify my life
and live more as Christ did.
Help me remember that there is no loss
or problem that I must face alone.
You are always near,
with Your love and compassion to comfort me.

Amen.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

Lord, may therese_lisieux be abandoned to your merciful love full of confidence in your merciful love. Grant her deep peace, deep faith and a deep prayer life. Help her to place all of her trust in your goodness and providence. You care for her and her family and friends more than she or anybody else ever could, so please help her to know that everything, EVERYTHING that you will for them is for the absolute benefit of their souls and spiritual life. May there be no obstacles to your holy will. Help therese_lisieux not to worry: may she pray, hope and not worry (which is what St. Padre Pio tells us to do). Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.

Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Iesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc, et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.

Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula

Praying for your intentions….

Lord Jesus, You have said,
"Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart."
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
we come to You in this time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,
read the prayer that is written on our hearts,
and grant the grace that we ask of You,
in accordance with Your holy will.
In Your name we pray.
Amen.

A PRAYER
FOR PEACE OF MIND
(By Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini)

FORTIFY me with the grace of Your Holy Spirit
and give Your peace to my soul
that I may be free from all needless anxiety,
solicitude and worry.
Help me to desire always
that which is pleasing and acceptable to You
so that Your will may be my will.
