Prayers for my husband, PLEASE!
Oh, I feel like lately all I ever do is post things on here asking for prayers....this time, I'm asking for prayers for my husband. Lately, he's been weird. VERY distant, doesn't talk to me, doesn't look at me the same. I feel like something is going on that he isn't telling me. Two weeks ago, I started a Rosary novena for my sister and her struggles and also for my husband's conversion. I didn't tell anyone about that intention other than on this website. I'm hoping this distance is him feeling a spiritual tug or something, but I just don't know. He works at night and sleeps during the day, so we dot get too many opportunities to talk. Especially with the kids around. When he went to bed this morning, I snuggled up to him and asked him what was wrong. He said nothing, told me he loved me and I said the same. I got up out of bed and he asked me what was wrong. I said he's been weird for weeks and my gut is telling me something is different and I'm worried. His response--he rolled over and went to sleep. Literally, didn't speak one word. Just turned his back. That is NOT like him. This is a man who is unlike any other. He is VERY sensitive and open about his feelings. This recent behavior is all new to me because I've always been the one who clams up and bottles feelings inside.
His sister got married this past weekend and he was in the wedding. The wedding was about 2 hours away, so he went to the rehearsal and stayed the night. I got allllllll decked out (specifically for him!) because I'm a stay-at-home mom and usually don't look very good. He's ALWAYS made a big deal about how I look, tells me I'm the most beautiful woman in the world, etc... Well, when I got there, he said hello to our 2 oldest kids who came along and made a big deal about how cute they looked, but didn't even acknowledge me. At all. Didn't even say hello. My mother-in-law (and many other guests) went on and on on how wonderful I looked. I finally told my MIL to tell her son that I looked pretty, because he didn't even make eye contact with me. She was irritated at that.
I don't mean for this to sound superficial, but my point is that he's is acting totally out of character lately and all I want is a chance to really talk to him about it. Please pray that we get that opportunity and that he's truthful about what's going on. Thanks! Any advice anyone wants give, I'll gladly listen.....

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail, Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee;
blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Re: Prayers for my husband, PLEASE!
PRAYER TO ST. MONICA
Dear St. Monica,
troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant me that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for me, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear my plea for
and grant me the grace to accept His Will in all things,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, forever and ever.
Amen.

Re: Prayers for my husband, PLEASE!
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To Thee do we cry poor banished children of Eve, to Thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then O most gracious Advocate Your eyes of mercy towards us and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O most sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us O holy Mother of God that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
