Default Changing Profile name

How do I go about changing my Profile name from JoePaula4 to Joseph?

You can't change your name. You can re-register under a new name if you wish and abandon your old account.

Corki is correct. Name changes are not made here at CAF. A moderator explains more fully here:

What is generally recommended is that you abandon your old account and start a new one with the preferred name. You may want to delete any personal information in your old account before you log out of it.
