Wish I had a better update. Especially when I thought everything was going down the right path when I posted the other day. Today he has asked what was going on with the finalizing of the divorce. He says we can can see if things work out again after the divorce. He is so confusing. I'm slowly losing faith, hope, anything as I see it looks like it may be the end. I am crushed and devastated and my kids have to go through pain again because they thought mom and dad were happy again. Keep the prayers. Thanks and God Bless

PRAYER FOR OUR FAMILY # 3
Heavenly Father,
you have given us the model of life
in the Holy Family of Nazareth.
Help us, O Loving Father,
to make our family another Nazareth
where love, peace and joy reign.
May it be deeply contemplative,
intensely eucharistic,
revived with joy.

Help us to stay together in joy
and sorrow in family prayer.
Teach us to see Jesus in the members of our families,
especially in their distressing disguise.
May the eucharistic heart of Jesus
make our hearts humble like his
and help us to carry out our family duties
in a holy way.
May we love one another
as God loves each one of us,
more and more each day,
and forgive each other's faults
as you forgive our sins.
Help us, O Loving Father,
to take whatever you give
and give whatever you take with a big smile.

Immaculate Heart of Mary,
cause of our joy, pray for us.

St. Joseph, pray for us.

Holy Guardian Angels,
be always with us,
guide and protect us.

Amen.

O St. Mary,

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaidd. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother.

To thee do I come, before thee I kneel, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the World Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer them. Please hear our Prayer to Save our Marriage.

O St. Mary,we pray this Prayer to Save Marriage through your name and in the name of Jesus Christ your son, - AMEN

JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!

I will pray for your marriage and family remember to pray the
Rosary with your family it is powerful.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Praying for your intentions….

Lord Jesus, You have said, "Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart." With confidence in Your loving heart which offers rest to weary souls, we come to You in this time of special need. In Your unfailing love, read the prayer that is written on our hearts, and grant the grace that we ask of You, in accordance with Your holy will. In Your name we pray. Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, and sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother, to thee I come, before thee I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate! Despise not my petitions, but, in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.

Wonderful news!

I recommend watching the movie "Fireproof" and reading the "Love Dare". It's 40 days of reading and things to do for your spouse to teach you how to love. Love is more than just a feeling - it is an action. It's putting your spouse's needs ahead of yours. It's ignoring things that they do that annoy you. I'm not putting it very well - watch the movie and read the book.

Continue to pray for your marriage.

Peace,
John
