Default RCIA question

This may be a dumb question, but what should I wear to RCIA tonight? Are jeans and a nice polo type shirt acceptable or is it the same as mass?

P.s. I wasn't sure if this was the right place for this question, so sorry if it's not.

You can wear whatever you like. It is probably just in a meeting room. What you planned on wearing is just fine.

Iggy !!

Welcome home!!
Where whatever you are most comfortable in. It's not Mass. It's an instructional class.

ENJOY RCIA....

Jeans and a polo should be just fine. Of course the 'personality' of each parish is different, so you can adjust as-needed if you feel like you are under- or over-dressed. Don't worry about it either way :-) nobody will be judging you by your outfit!

In my parish the classes are in the evening after work, so people usually wear their work clothes. Here in the DC area that's usually gov't contractors ('business casual') and IT workers (jeans), so we had a good mix.

God bless you!
