Thread Title Character Limitation

Hi,

I recognize the convenience of having to stuff a lot of info in just the title of the thread, but when someone posts a very long (like this one) with 175 characters (185 spaces included), it could be like hell for some people.

When such titles are included in the Latest Thread sidebar, it pushes the other panels around. For a CRT user like me (17" CRT monitor) with a maximum readable resolution of 1024x768 pixels, the whole interface of CAF would look like a mess. It also means I have to scroll sideways.

So my suggestion is to limit the characters allowable for a title, if it's feasible.

I agree. There should be a character limitation or at least a condensed version of the link such as it's done in normal posts.
