Begining Round 2: For a miracle healing for my father, Manuel with cancer. Praying that the chemo which was administered 7/3/12 and on 7/17/12(every 2 weeks) will kill the remaining cancer. Praying for no side effects from the chemo regiment this time. Thank you.

Thank you Teresa. As you can see his chemo was not given today because his white blood cell count was low(my mom said that it should be over 100,000 and his was 84,000). I was suprised because he has been feeling good. Just when I think I can relax for a second.....there goes another ball in the air. Just what we needed.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal my father,Manuel. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into his body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity for his creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I ask you to obtain for me the favors that I seek a miracle healing from cancer for my father, Manuel. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are the Saint of Miracles.

A Greek Orthodox prayer that was shared with DeniseNY and she shared it with our cancer support group(thank you):

In the name of Jesus Christ, and Saint Savvas of Kalymnos, I neutralize all carcinogens in my father right now. For the chemotherapy given to him, may it have no harmful side effects but only do what the doctors intended it to do.

I speak death to all cancerous and pre-cancerous cells in his body right now, that they would die as befits righteousness. Heavenly Father and Saint Savva the two healers of this illness, I ask you to flush these dead cells out of his body and heal the damage they have done.

May my father grow in wisdom and love. May my father grow in faith and hope. May my father be blessed in all he undertakes.

I break any generational curses of cancer upon this family, in Jesus' name. I break the empowerment and assignments given any demons on my father, their property and environments, especially idols and charms. I command all evil influences to leave right now.

For anyone who would work or conspire against my father, I bind any unclean spirits over them to silence & impotence and I ask they be drawn toward salvation in all areas of their lives.

I ask this in Jesus' holy name, and Agios Savvas holy name.

Lord thankyou for hearing our prayers for Manuel,our friends father. We pray that the chemo will be safe and successful.Thankyou Lord for guiding the doctors.We continue to pray for a miracle of healing for this father.Lord please continue to place Your healing hand upon him.Please guide all medical professionals to have the skills and knowledge necessary to help him.We pray that the chemo and any further treatment will continue to be very successful and continue to shrink the cancer.We pray Lord for both mother and father at this very worrying and stressful time.I ask You would place Your healing hand upon them and guide them and comfort them through their worries that they can resolve their concerns peacefully.Lord please hear our prayers for this dearly loved father,mother and all this dear family.Thankyou Lord for hearing all our prayers Amen
