My heart goes out to your brother Ronnie at this time, but if I can share two thoughts with you. The first is for Ronnie to stand firm in His faith. In other words, whether the report is positive or negative, keep the faith and do not waiver in expecting a good outcome. Secondly, in all things, praise and worship (thank) the Lord God. I have found that, especially when things look really bad, when (in faith) you praise God as Almighty, Father, Creator-- things seem to turn around. So whatever comes, never stop praising and thanking Him.

This is faith in action and this is what turns around many circumstances. The problem is that most people start to cave in or give in to their fears. Jesus said, "Do not be afraid. I will be with you", but most people forget to invite Jesus into their everyday situations. Jesus will be there with your brother as long as he invites him into this situation with the biopsy. Below is my prayer for your brother.

God Bless

Heavenly Father, Almighty God. We ask you to shower your healing power and blessing over Ronnie who is going into have a biopsy done on his prostate. We know that you alone are the great healer and we ask that you open up Ronnie's eyes in faith to see that only good things come from you and that you want nothing more than for him to be healed and made well and whole. Open the eyes of his heart in praise and worship to you Almighty God and Father, who only wants the best for His children. In the holy name of your son Jesus.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden.

Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant Ronnie to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us.

Amen.

Pater noster, qui es in coelis: sanctificetur nomen tuum: adveniat regnum tuum: fiat voluntas tua sicut in coelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie: et dimitte nobis debita nostra, sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem. Sed libera nos a malo. Amen
