Public Profile Doesn't Display Entirely

My 'About Me' tab doesn't display my Faves, Occupation(s), and Education. I've edited, deleted, and re-entered the details, but nothing shows up.

Anyone know what's causing this?

Did you hit "save changes" at the bottom of the page?

No, a 'Save' button appears to the right of the field after I edit it. There is nothing for me to click at the bottom of the page.

I can't imagine what kind of screen you refer to. When I enter my profile and select "edit options," there is a list of all these things you mentioned, but no "save" option next to the field I edit. The only way to save the details is to click "save changes" at the page bottom. Strange!

I see what you mean. I was editing from the 'About Me' tab itself. I went to the Control Panel and tried there, clicking the 'Save As' button at the bottom, but still no dice. It's a minor issue, but I do like sharing my favorite Bible verses and saint quotes.

Hmmm. I think maybe you are trying to save the info by using the "File" pull-down tab in Windows, and selecting "save as." No, you have to go to the Control Panel in your profile, select "edit details" and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page after you change your favorites. It says, "save changes" and there is another button next to it that says "reset fields." Can you see this at the screen's bottom?

No, no, I'm not doing this using the IE menu. I'm in the control panel or profile itself.

umm... Just in case anyone is wondering. I would still appreciate it if a tech person with CAF would help fix this problem. H-E-L-L-O... echo... echo. Is anyone there?

Argh! I am having the exact same problem!

I've tried editing my profile both on the Profile/Control Panel/Edit Your Details page and on the page I get to by viewing my own profile and going to Edit Your About Me.

I am definitely saving the changes in both instances. However, my public profile still only shows the Biography, Religion, Interests, and I'm Here For... categories.

Please help! This is driving me nuts!

You seem to be experiencing a common glitch. For reasons I don't understand, some users are unable to view their entire profile, even when they are logged out.

However, when this glitch occurs, the rest of us can view the entire profile.

I just visited your profile and took a couple screen shots of it. I needed two screen shots because there was so much information.

Here is what I saw
