Help please: How do I edit my profile?

How do I edit both the profile I can see, and the public one? I've gone to my profile page, and I can't see a way to change anything. Thank you for advice on this.

If you look up the page you are on right now, you'll see a box titled PROFILE... Mouse ove (don't click on it) that box and a menu will drop down... Mouse over CONTROL PANEL and select what you wish to edit
