Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Re: 8th grader with leukemia
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins,
my Mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Re: 8th grader with leukemia
Matt, praying hard. Also forwarding the request to my family and a few others. I was actually diagnosed with this as a child and healed by ... The grace of God and many prayers. Never lose hope.
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from the darkness,
I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal this child.
You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead. I ask you to send forth Your healing power into their body and give this child the strength to fight this illness.
I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
Watch, O Lord, with those who wake, or watch, or weep tonight,
and give Your angels and saints charge over those who sleep.
Tend Your sick ones, O Lord Christ.
Rest Your weary ones.
Bless Your dying ones.
Soothe Your suffering ones.
Pity Your afflicted ones.
Shield Your joyous ones, and all for Your love's sake.
Amen.

Re: 8th grader with leukemia
Our Father,
who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You chose to share our human nature, to redeem all people,
and to heal the sick. With this in mind I beg You to look
with compassion on Your humble servant, support this child,
and their family, with Your power, comfort them with Your protection,
and give them the strength needed to fight against evil.
Since You have given them a share in Your own passion,
help them to find hope in suffering for You, Jesus.
Amen.
Holy Saint Joan, compassionate to the sick and wounded,
who, while on earth, nursed so many back to health, hear me.
You who wished to see no one injured or in discomfort,
pray for this child and guide them through this difficult time.
Daughter of God, wounded many times in battle,
I petition you for healing their body, mind, soul, and spirit,
so that they may be better able to serve God in whatever capacity He wishes.
Intercede for this child.
Help this child to remain strong and be healed.

May we be assisted, we beseech Thee, O Lord,
by the worshipful intercession of Thy glorious Mother,
the ever-Virgin Mary; that we,
who have been enriched by her perpetual blessings,
may be delivered from all dangers,
and through her loving kindness made to be of one heart and mind:
Who livest and reignest world without end.
Amen.
Lord, look upon Matt with eyes of mercy,
may Your healing hand rest upon him,
may Your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of his body
and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying,
restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom.
Amen.
