Lord please bring healing to Bixby Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

St. Francis, please intercede for Bixby's return to good health. In Jesus' Name I ask this.

Thank you all for your continued prayers.

Bixby is better today, but continues to have a cycle of being better for awhile and then suddenly not.... I just pray the Lord helps and blesses you all. I don't think I could take losing him - especially with all going on now... I pray God blesses each of you for your love and kindness.

Pease continue to pray. Also, please know you and your prayer needs are in my heart and prayers.

Many thanks, much love,
~Bix

Bix, understand that I still pray for your little guy even if I don't post on this thread every day. Our pets bring us such joy when they're healthy, and it's so hard when they're sick.

I thought I'd share a little bit about my little guy Monty, the crazy beagle. He's a rescue, and when we got him was very shy and intimidated by everything. He's grown past that, though, and this time of year he confirms our thought initially--we're sure he was part of a hunting pack.

Rabbits abound in my development, and they're particularly active at this time of the year. Especially in the middle of the night. And when Monty spots one from the window while I'm sleeping, he makes it known, long and loud, as only a beagle can!

Tonight he woke me up at 4 AM, and when I looked outside, I was charmed to see five rabbits cavorting on my back lawn. They were jumping over each other, running in circles, and all over the place. And Monty WANTED them!

I let him outside on his tie-out and watched: He went the length of the chain, froze, and kept them well in his sight, not making a noise. Lucky for those rabbits that the chain is sound and strong, and it confirmed my suspicions: This guy definitely was a hunter!

Give Bixby a belly rub for me, will you? And may St. Francis continue to look out for him!
